Terms of Use
Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. Purpose and users
These Terms of Use govern use of the website, any simulator made available, and the Exadvize platform by client organizations and their authorized users. They supplement the Terms and Conditions for use matters; the Terms and Conditions govern ordering, pricing, payment and commercial term.
The platform is intended for professional use. Anyone accepting these Terms for an organization represents that they are authorized to do so.
2. Acceptance and access
These Terms are available before entering or selecting documents in the simulator and before first platform use. Acceptance is collected through the relevant flow and the accepted version is identifiable.
Access is personal and subject to the organization’s permissions. Evaluations are individually granted; no self-service free trial is offered.
3. Authorized use
Users must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, confidentiality, organization rules and restrictions shown for each function. They must not submit credentials or data they are not authorized to share.
Unlawful, misleading or discriminatory uses, security attacks, unauthorized access, resale, or making the service available to an organization not covered by the contract are prohibited.
4. Automated assistance
Automated functions are assistance. Outputs may be incomplete or unsuitable for a given situation; necessary professional validation remains the organization’s responsibility.
Standard functions are not offered to make solely automated decisions producing legal effects or similarly significant effects on an individual. The AI Terms supplement these Terms.
5. Data, ownership and continuity
Content and data remain those of the client or their rights holders. Exadvize receives only permissions needed to perform the service and meet legal obligations; no general training or content-reuse license is granted.
Exadvize may proportionately limit a function or suspend access in case of serious risk, unlawful use or breach. Data, end-of-contract and reversibility rules follow the applicable documents.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules. Where a jurisdiction clause may validly be agreed, the courts with subject-matter jurisdiction in Montpellier have jurisdiction. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy with the English translation, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
