Exadvize’s copilot

CLEM
Your knowledge,
when it matters.

CLEM stands for Copilot Legal Experts and Management. Exadvize’s AI copilot uses your team’s approved knowledge to handle requests within authorized boundaries. When that knowledge is not enough to answer, a legal professional takes over.

Exadvize’s CLEM core

A copilot that extends your expertise without deciding for you.

Answer

Starting with what is approved

Useful knowledge is more than a stack of documents. It includes answers and reference points your team has validated for reuse.

Hand off

When the legal professional needs to step in

When CLEM cannot answer, the request is handed over to the legal professional. No CLEM credit is used when no answer is available.

Stay in control

Across sources and access

The organization defines authorized sources, channels, and people. Reusing expertise does not grant access to every matter.

A few helpful reference points

Is CLEM an autonomous legal professional?

No. It is an assistance tool. Professional judgment and the necessary validations remain with the team and the organization.

Does every matter become knowledge?

No. Knowledge intended for reuse must be explicitly approved. A matter’s confidential context does not become public or broadly accessible by default.

Can I use my own AI account?

Exadvize presents a “Connected AI” option on its Pricing page. It is announced as coming soon. The compatible AI account remains your responsibility; CLEM credits still cover orchestration, controls, and the useful result.
