AI Services Acceptable Use Terms
Last updated: Version dated September 16, 2026
1. Scope
These terms supplement the Terms of Use and, for Customers, the Terms and Conditions. They apply to automated-assistance and artificial-intelligence-based features made available through the Services.
These features are assistance tools. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice and do not replace the assessment of a qualified professional.
2. Prohibited uses and human oversight
Users must not use AI Services for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, prohibited-surveillance, or third-party-rights-infringing purposes, or to make a decision that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects a person without appropriate human oversight.
Users must review outputs before relying on or sharing them. Exadvize may limit, suspend, or refuse a use that creates a risk to people, third-party rights, security, or Service compliance.
3. Data and confidentiality
Users may submit only information they are authorized to process and share with Exadvize. They must apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of their content.
Exadvize applies the measures described in its contractual and confidentiality documentation. Customer content is not used to generally train models available to other customers, unless a distinct applicable agreement or legal basis expressly provides otherwise.
4. Changes and reporting
AI features may evolve to improve the security, compliance, or quality of the Services. Exadvize informs Customers of material changes where required or appropriate in light of the contractual relationship.
Any clearly unsuitable result, security incident, or suspected misuse must be reported promptly to contact@exadvize.com.
