Your data, your scope

Share expertise,
not confidentiality.

Approved knowledge and a private matter do not serve the same purpose. Exadvize separates what can be reused from information specific to a request, according to the sources and permissions defined by the organization.

Approved knowledge

Reusable knowledge

Explicitly approved reference points and answers, available within the authorized scope.

≠
Matter & conversations

Context that stays protected

Confidential information in a matter does not become a shared resource.

Principles already defined

Your content remains yours

Content and data remain the property of the client or their rights holders. Permissions granted to Exadvize are tied to service delivery and applicable obligations.

No broad training license

Approved text does not grant a broad license to train on or reuse client content. Any distinct terms must be expressly defined.

Human control remains

AI features are assistance tools. Results must be reviewed before use or communication, according to the professional context.

The right questions in the right place

Who defines access and sources?

The organization defines authorized sources, channels, and people. Configuration, access rights, and applicable commitments are confirmed with Exadvize before deployment.

What does the onboarding simulator read?

The simulator on this site reads only the number and size of files selected in the browser. It does not upload the files or analyze their contents. The estimate is indicative only.

Where can I find the detailed terms?

Contractual resources set out the applicable rules. Organization-specific processing details are covered in the relevant contractual documents without publishing private matter attachments.
